                          Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy (veeranna) is the powerful god in urukunda village, Kurnool district, Andhrapradesh. The customs and treditions of Shaivas and Vaishnavas are distinct. Lord Narasimha is an incarnation of Lord Mahavishnu. The village human beings introduced culmination and meals to him and sought his advantages, Sage Eeranna helped to cure cronic sicknesses of villagers.One day the sage disappeard from his normal under the peepal tree. At the identical time idol of Lakshmi Narasimha regarded below the tree. The devotees placed idol  of Narasimha swamy beneath the Peepal tree and started out worshipped him.
